Word Sandwich is a free online Flash game, the goal of which is to guess a five letter word. It tells you if your guess is alphabetically above or below the word (hence, the sandwich). You get more points for guessing in fewer tries, with a multiplier thrown in for how quick you come up with your guesses. High scores are recorded for the day and for all time.

It’s easy to play but high scores are few and far between. Hint: start in the middle of the alphabet and continue to divide and conquer until you find the word. The words are pretty common, so don’t waste time with obscure words.
